I have released the first BETA version of the game

Good afternoon everyone, how are you? This is your trusted strange developer speaking to give you updates on the Indefensus project.

Regarding the work plan, I have released the first BETA version of the game, which is a Spanish version with the basic functionalities of the video game.

Please take into account that:

• - The game is currently in Spanish and the final version will be translated into English.
• - Games in beta phase are games that are not finished yet. Some things like scoring, rules and appearance can still change.
• - Current game graphics is not final (I'm working on it)

Please, be patien. The first demo will be out soon. If you any strange thing in the BETA version. Please, do let me know so I can fix it.

What is Indefensus?

Indefensus is a philosophical, emotional and cruel RPG video game inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's story 'The Little Match Girl' that seeks to tell the story that the poor live every day while facing the hardships of the freezing weather.

What does Indefensus mean?

The name of the game comes from the word "defenseless" and which has its etymological root in the word "Indefensus" which means "that has no protection". Said name encapsulates very well the game mechanics and the cruel story where you are basically defenseless before various events and it is necessary to look for alternatives.

How was Indefensus created?

The game was created using RPG Maker MV during the year 2022 and will be released to the public at the end of the year 2023. The creator of the game is Oliver Puente.

Indefensus is a philosophical and survival RPG video game, which revolves around Agnes, a 10-year-old girl who has a mission to sell 10 matches that her father has given her before nightfall. The game involves decision mechanics that affect the final outcome of the story, fighting to survive, and a temperature and hunger system to express nature's cruelty to those most in need.
